- **Modular Design**: split into `api/` (client mixins) and `mcp/` (action-routed
  tool modules) for cleaner organization.
- **Dynamic Tool Registration**: action-routed dynamic tool tags, strictly
  lowercase, each togglable with a `*TOOL` environment flag.
