One-link self-deploy¶
agent-utilities is self-deploying: point any AI agent (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, …) at the repository and it knows how to set itself up — or run a single command yourself. There is one path for two very different operators:
- Homelabbers / self-hosters — a zero-infra, all-local stack on a laptop or Pi.
- Enterprises — a multi-host Docker Swarm with everything wired in (Vault, SSO, DNS, ingress, observability, and all 50+ MCP connectors).
One command¶
Pick a profile (defaults to tiny):

What the installer does¶
- Checks your host (Python 3.11–3.14; no Rust needed — the engine ships as a
prebuilt wheel; Docker only above
tiny). - Installs agent-utilities (+ extras for your profile) and the skill toolkit.
- Runs the host preflight for your profile and any UI components you choose.
- Installs the skills into every AI tool on your host and wires the
graph-osMCP server into each — so your agent immediately has the knowledge graph and the genesis skills. - Hands off to a guided deployment that finishes the wiring.

without installing anything via the MCP tool
