Paperless-ngx MCP

Paperless-ngx MCP is the deployment-neutral connector for the standard Paperless-ngx API in the Agent Utilities ecosystem. It provides typed provider operations, GraphOS delegation, one consolidated skill, and a zero-PII structural graph projection.

The repository ships connection code and neutral capability metadata only. Instance configuration, credentials, trust material, provider records, and deployment ontology extensions stay outside the package.
