vector-mcp exposes governed collection management and semantic, lexical, and hybrid retrieval through a compact action-routed MCP surface.

The native backend is epistemic-graph. Optional package providers support PostgreSQL/pgvector, Qdrant, and MongoDB Atlas integrations. Connection details and trust material are runtime configuration; documentation and packaged skills contain no deployment-specific values.
