Connector architecture

The immich-api package owns external-system operations and source mappings. The shared connector SDK owns reusable runtime contracts.

The mcp-builder skill owns the complete canonical scaffold. Its local code generates the repository tree, which is published through ordinary repository creation. Installation, operation and future scaffolding require no separate template repository. The pilot's original template source is historical provenance, not an operational dependency.

The capability specification defines the planned behavior and acceptance targets. The delivery dashboard shows source-backed records, code mappings, and declared relationships. Its architecture download preserves the declared spec graph without inferring dependencies from shared code.

The generated source does not prove live service behavior, published artifacts, or deployed operation.
